After a power loss, I turned on unit. Unit displayed "HELLO" for about 30-45 sec then displayed "F99" then turned itself off. As per manual, I reset the unit by pressing the power button for 3 sec. The same display msgs appeared. As per the manual, I pressed the power and open/close buttons simultaneously to cause a factory reset with the same result. What now?

Try updating the units Firmware:
Firmware is software that exists usually on chip or flash memory within a larger piece of hardware, such as a Blu-ray player. Firmware can be upgraded to fix a technical problem with the player or to meet new industry standards.Firmware updates can be applied either by downloading them directly to your device, or by disc installation.

Hello Shirley - Typically error code ER01 indicates that a water leak is detected under the tub. Unit will possibly need a hydraulic kit. Try unplugging the unit or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn the unit back on. Could the error code DF possibly be PF? If so, PF means power failure and you should be able to start a cycle. If the error code continues to display on dishwasher then I suggest contacting a professional to accurately diagnose and repair it.
