I'm not sure what is on the CD you got with the card, but make sure you are using the WM03 drivers. Check Ambicomm's site for the latest. If there is any doubt, go into the Start, Settings, System (tab), Remove Programs and remove the version you have (you cannot have the card inserted when you do this). Soft reset the iPaq and before you insert the card, connect via the cradle and run the executable for the drivers. After they are installed, then insert the card.
