My 2215 had a SanDisk SD memory. I tried removing it and doing the hard reset, still no luck. Is there somebody who fixes these? On the charger it shows no orange flashing charge light and it does not show up in the sync software. Thanks for any help you can offer.

The computer works fine on AC but won't stay on for more than a minute with just battery. You have to turn it on each time but it starts at the place it left off. So you can continue your work but have to push the start button to keep going.
