OK! I give up. Where's the "Delete function"?

iPAQ 2215. Down loaded two programs. Decided I didn't want to keep them on my Pocket PC. Now, can't figure how to get rid of them. Other threads mention "the Delete Function." I can't find it and I read through the WHOLE instruction manual, line by line looking for it. Help appreciated, and thanks to all.

Two ways:
1) Open Active Sync. Go to Tools->Add/Remove Porgrams. This brings up a list of programs. Tap on the one you want to uninstall and hit 'Remove'

2) On your PPC, Start->Settings->Remove Programs. Highlight and 'Remove'

TADA! Program gone!
