Question about Toshiba Satellite A75-S211 Notebook
I replaced the hard drive. I must admit that the Laptop has been sitting unused for a year along with the hard drive that Toshiba sent to replace the damaged one. I put in the recovery disk and to my dismay it said starting Windows 98. Well I thought I would just complete the process and update but the laptop will not stay on long enough for me to complete. The longest it stayed on was when I first started the process. The progress got to 10% before it shouts down. Each time I turn it back on, the stay on time is shorter.
Am I out of my element here? Do I need to take it to a professional or can someone help me?
Can I use a Dell cd to reinstall the operating system.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
