Question about Connex 3300 240-Channels Base CB Radio
This is called a cold solder....try the cord first but its probly the solder. have a tech look at it.

Either the power cord is bad or the connections to the power jack inside the radio are disconnected or broken. Easiest thing is to try a new power cord, if it doesn't help have a radio tech check out the unit. This should be a very inexpensive repair, usually under $20.
