Darlene. Cover it with fake fur. Either take it to a model shop or take it to a upholsterer or even a seamstress. They will remove the old, make a pattern and sew a new one.

It's my understanding that you can order the parts from Hasbro through their Customer Service/Replacements Parts section but I didn't find it there and they have not responded to my email of last week :(

I have had similar problems with toys myself. Seems as if when I am sure that my boys are done with a toy and it is long forgotten- it resurfaces needing some tlc...
