I have about 30 songs in the MP3 player folder. I can see them, and I can play one at a time. When the song is over, it does nothing. I cannot forward to next or previous song either. I see the Double Arrow button and the Loop Arrow button (I assume the double arrow means play the next song or previous song, and the loop would just play the same song over -- like repeat). Tried both of these buttons to no avail. It just stops at end of song, then I have to Browse, All, and scroll thru to get to next song. This can't possibly be how it's intended to work. Besides that I love my 660! ...Trish
On closer look (after my long road trip to test this out), I realize when you hit Browse, there's a button on the bottom titled Play All. If you select this button, the buttons mentioned above work as intended, and the Forward, Backward buttons bring you to the next or previous songs in the list.

The device is not recognizing the file name. The Garmin GPS will only recognize MP3 files. Ipod (MP4) and other media files will not play. Converting the files to the MP3 format will correct the problem.
If you want to play mp3 songs from sd card then create mp3 folder and place all the songs in side that folder. Now when you go to Juke box menu it will scan all the songs and you will be able to play them the way you want..
Reset the unit by pushing a bent paperclip or pin into the hole on the bottom marked 'reset' turn it back on, plug it in & charge it via USB overnight or as long as you can in the car, make sure the led on the top is green, tap the bottom right of the screen & check the battery symbol on the unit says charging underneath.
If this doesn't help.
