Where is the network cord on the canon leasr class 3175

Try printing a test page first. 2) Shut down printer then re-start. 3) Printer on, re boot the PC. If nothing works, take cartridge out and start over when the printer is off. No help! Then you need real help because your memory is not working properly or an electrical glitch in the mother board or cord.

1) The user telephone number of the other party has not been registered for the autodialing function of the machine. or 2)The user telephone number has been registered wrongly for the auto-dialing function of the machine

Open all 3 One-touch Speed Dialling panels.
press Data Registration. press Set.
USER SETTINGS press Set
DATE & TIME press Set
use numeric keypad to enter month/date/year and then time press Set
To exit, press Data Registration or Stop

Not an expert on this model however, on most canon fax machines the plastic cover or panel on the keypad is a door. Opening this you should see descriptions for the keys one should say report. Press report to print and follow instuctions to get activity report.

In most fax machines you cannot edit a GROUP, you can only delete it and create a new group.

Unplug the power cord for 10 seconds

Maybe under "support <drivers/downloads>"....but I'm just guessing.

The problem is that you have a fax saved in memory that is the wrong size for the paper you have in the drawer. Probably it is a legal size, whereas you have letter size in the drawer.Just place some legal size paper in the by-pass tray to print.

Find your product at the Canon website and down load a manual.
