I want to fix cracked screen on Flip video - Flip Video Flip Ultra Camcorder 2nd Generation

There is a very thin ribbon cable that connects the camera to the flip out display. It is very likely that this cable has developed a crack . This is a very common problem with all video cameras with flip out displays. If your display is a touchscreen it's even possible the "touch" operation still works but you just don't get a display image. You could probably find a replacement cable but, unless you are very mechanically inclined, it would still end up on eBay for parts. Sorry that's not really a solution, just an educated opinion.

With a digitizer and tool kit (ebay) small hex screwdrivers and would recommend a walk through video....

Nope...LCD screens on camcorders, cell phones, etc., can not be fixed. And being that small LCD screens are part of small electronic devices, they are not modular (removable).

If the camerafreezes, and if it freezes more frequently and you experience decreasingbattery runtime, you may need a battery replacement. I found a fix that worked for mine.
It was doing the same thing, freezing at the "Flip" screen and would not turn off. I did the remove the batteries deal. It worked once but issue reoccured 2 months later and the battery fix didn't fix it.
What did fix it was...
With the camera off, hold down the Right Arrow button and the trash can button at the same time and turn the camera on.
A few seconds later, I was at the start recording screen!!

one day, my flip screen is white, and i tried to fix it. i took my flip apart. it works now, but my screen is now black! what can i do? :(

I think you can use doremisoft flip converter that can crop your black bars and other addition editing functions, such as cut clips, join videos, add special effect and so on.

You can replace the screen yourself. If it is a regular Sidekick 3(not a limited edition) the a replacement will run between 40 and 50 dollars on ebay. It's only 2 screws to replace the whole flip unit.
