Hi, Ausus Laptop Gaming. Use to use Logitech wirelewss keyboard and mouse over 3 years no issue. Just today only the mouse stop working, change battery, restart comp., not even the laptop mousepad...

Make sure your mouse and keyboard are close to the receiver (the thing you plug into a usb port). Also make sure you plug the receiver into another usb port because maybe some of those ports are incompatible with the receiver or some ports may be failing. Last, make sure you install the driver (program that came on the cd for your equipment) on the computer.

My logitech V220 optical mouse won't work, I changed the batteries.

Hi three, uninstall the Logitech V220 Cordless optical mouse driver from the laptop and then restart the laptop again. Now install that Logitech V220 Cordless optical mouse driver again . I am sure its will start working. If not then make sure your batter Is properly fixed inside in the mouse & that's fully charged. After those thing if still not working then visit service center, because the mouse censer stop working and its damaged.
Thanks & waiting for your feedback.

The note book works very slow?

Clean your machine using the Windows clean up utility in the System tools folder or get the free utillity called CClean (google it)

When you get CClean, use the top two tools on the left hand side. Id suggest not loading the Yahoo tool bar during setup.

Get Comodo Reg Cleaner ... run it and remove everything it says to remove

Run the Add/Remove software - take the windows stuff you dont use out.

Find out what runs at start up and stop all the stuff you dont REGULARLY use. Ask Windows Help about startup.

Get Spy Bot - Search and destroy from www.pcworld.com Dont get a paid look a like of this - get the free version. When it runs, it may take several hours to scour your computer. There are some nifty tools in this program also ... one in the ie tweaks allows you to pur your name (or what ever) in Internet Explorer - real nifty.

Defragment your drive using windows defragmenter. Alternatively get Defraggler from the CClean people

You have the windows programs ... the others of which I speak are free to download and use

That should speed up your Acer.

Wireless laser mouse stopped working. KB OK. Tried Everything

Hi,
Under the mouse near the optical lens there should be a small connect button, press that and the button on the receiver too.
Also make sure the batteries in the mouse are new or fully charged.

Good luck

Laptop mouse stopped workig ??

In your case it maybe that the mouse is disabled, this is done with a function key, FN and one of the F1- F12 keys.

make sure the mouse is not disabled.

if this doesn't solve the issue.
it may possibly be:
  1. Software issue.
  2. cut cable.
  3. broken touchpad.
  4. issue between the touchpad and motherboard.
  5. faulty motherboard..

Logitech V220 Mouse stopped working

Hi,

First of all, make sure you test the new mouse in a different USB-port then the old one, this can sometimes force windows to "reinitialize" communications with the mouse.

If this does not work try something of the following:

If you have the Logitech SetPoint software installed:

1)Remove it. *
2)Install it again

If you don't have the Logitech SetPoint software installed:
1)Install it.

My wireless keyboard stopped working the mouse works but not the keyboard what can i do

Hi,

1)Verify that the batteries are correctly installed in the keyboard and mouse. If possible, use a fresh set of alkaline batteries. 2)Reset the keyboard and mouse connections : --With the receiver plugged in, press and hold the Connect button on the receiver until the activity LED flashes. --Press and hold the recessed connect button on the underside of the keyboard until the activity light on the receiver stops flashing. When you release the button, make sure it does not stick in the depressed position. --Press the Connect button on the receiver again until the activity light flashes. --Press and hold the recessed button on the underside of the mouse until the activity light on the receiver stops flashing. Make sure the connect button does not stick in the depressed position. --Make sure that the receiver is at least 20 centimeters (8 inches) away from other electrical devices (computer, monitor, keyboard, etc.). --Remove any other objects that are between the keyboard, mouse, and the receiver, especially speakers. Hope this should resolve the Issue. Thank you.

Wireless mouse for laptop

Make sure the batteries are good.
Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
Hope this helps you. Bud
