If it is brand new and any fault is excluded..than the batteries are the only one to blame ...Check again to be sure you inserted them well and in the right position ..and also if you do not use rechargeable ..use only high quality ones..cause some batteries on the market do not have the correct amperage and will not power the camera ..
Also pay attention cause some cameras have a double power source ..and can be powered from an adapter...so ..they have a button to switch mode...This can be the case for you too ..

WINDOWS 7 NOT RECOGNISING USB OF CASIO ZS10 CAMERA

You need the software that came with your camera. It is on a CD or DVD. You have to install that before you connect the camera. Some brands offer free downloads of the software, and updates. This software only works with camera's of that brand. If you can't find the software, the only thing I can think of is some free software like from Ulead, Pixir, BeFunkey, Gimp, Photoshop express. Or if your camera does have a memory card, buy a external card reader and use that to transfer the pictures and videos to your computer. For that you don't need the camera software.

Casio Exilim won't turn on

My guess, only support people know what the two beeps mean.
Try to remove the battery and after a few seconds insert it again.
Then again switch on. If the error returns, contact the dealer or Casio support. Still it could be you think the battery is charged, but the capacity is not enough to power up your camera.

I need a driver for casio ex-zs10.

Memory card readers are not expensive.
ALTERNATE WAY TO TRANSFER PHOTOS AND VIDEOS TO A COMPUTER
If your photos and videos are stored on the memory card, then remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader. Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of your working computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device or an external storage device; you can then open the folder on the memory card and copy the photos and to your computer. Memory card reader is a handy device and is inexpensive. You can copy photos from other cameras and you can also download photos off your memory card to someone else's computer without the need of installing any programs.

Casio Exilim EX-ZS10 is buzzing

Lens mechanism problem. Probably needs servicing/replacement of the whole lens. Consider buying a new one.

About battery, digital cameras consumes a lot of power.

Computer isn't recognizing my casio exilim EX-ZS10 camera

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

Bring your camera to the store were you bought then for them to check what's the problem. They can replace it for a new one if the problem is unrepairable.
