How do I unlock my mother's Jensen TS2050J?

- I had the same problem and followed the recommendation of the person above by holding the "Display" button down for 3 seconds and that removed the blue screen and the "lock" symbol.

Easy solution to a difficult issue.

Thank you following up. None of the solutions or codes you recommended worked. So I drove to mother's old house and went through things until I found the manual (bedroom bookcase, bottom shelf, under bridge books and old papers). The manual said to hold the display button down 3 seconds. I then drove to mother's new place (assisted living) and tried that. It worked.
