I am not clear as the whether you put the errant fuser in the machine that was working and put the good fuser in the bad one so now you have 2 that don't work. If that is the case it is possible that the bad fuser has taken out the good machine. There are resistance tests that should be run on the fuser to see if it is shorted out. If it does short out, you may need to replace an internal fuse or link on the board.
Anyone with information on how to reset the Fuser page count without chanigng the fuser on HP 4730 MFP? The fuser in the unit is in very good condition and replacements are not cheap. Any help would be much appreciated.
59.30 means that the fuser motor experienced a start up error. If power cycling the printer won't clear the error you probably need a tech to troubleshoot and/or replace the motor.
You will need to order a fuser and replace it or call a service tech who can. The problem is that the electronics on the fuser have actually burned out, so that is why the whole fuser needs to be replaced.
50.2 is a fuser warmup error. If you have technical experience with printers, reseat the fuser. Problem could be the fuser, the DC Controller or the power supply. Have someone that works on printers take a look at it. If you haven't done it before, you arn't going to be able to replace the DC Controller or power supply.
