Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
I connect my opal in to my laptop but it wont read it
Most laptops do not have a USB port that is powerful enough to fuel an mp3 player.
This player is not compatible with Vista or Mac
Make sure the hold/lock key is not engaged
Make sure your laptop USB port is enabled
Make sure you have Windows Media Player 10
