Hi thanks for the question make sure both water taps to washer are on check that because if the cold water if off it wont go into rinse cycle thanks the appliance doc

From my understanding your Frigidaire frontload washer, GLTF2940FS1, is displaying an "E11" error code. Typically, "E11" stands for fill time too long which means you could have an issue within your pressure sensor or control board. I would recommend a reset on your washer and that can be done by flipping the household circuit breaker off for ten minutes. If that does not help correct the issue you may want to consult with a technician for proper diagnosis. I hope this is helpful. -Matt
