SOURCE: My PC doesn't acknowledge my blackberry storm is

You have to isolate the problem. Please follow the steps below:

1. Connect the Blackberry into different USB port of the computer.
2. Try connecting the phone in to different computer to test if there's really a problem with the phone.
3. Try using different USB cable for the phone.
4. Check the user manual to see if you need to set it as "Mass Storage Device" before connecting it to the computer.

Otherwise, you need to consult the phone manufacturer for some advise.

Have a great day!

I need driver called mtp usb device for my c2-03 mobile

Many devices use Microsoft's Media Transfer Protocol to synchronize with computers. Unlike standard USB mass storage devices, MTP devices don't behave like USB flash drives. Windows Media Player includes built-in support for MTP devices and can synchronize media files to and from them. You can download MP3s to your portable music player, cellphone or other MTP device using Windows Media Player's sync feature. The device appears in Windows Media Player when you connect it to your computer.

How to add files to Multimedia plyaer

To add file to your multimedia player,:
1. Open your multimedia player,
2. At the top-left of the multimedia player, you will see 'FILE'.
3. Click on FILE, and you will see different options. Choose 'add media file' or 'import' as the case may be.
4. Choose the specific file/files you want to add then click ok. Your media files will be added as soon as this is done.
You could also go to your files normally, when the multimedia player is closed.
1. Click the windows 'start' button, then go to your documents, or music or which ever folder your media folders are. Hold the control (Ctrl) key, and begin to highlight these file on e afrter the other.
2. After you must have highlighted everything, remove your hand from the 'Ctrl', and right click. You should see different options, like, "open", "play", "add files to media library", "play with media player", "add files to VLC media player", as the case may be. Click on the option one of the options that carry add, e.g "add files to media library". Once this is done the earlier-highlighted media file will be added to your media library or media player. Hope this helped.

My computer does not play sound of videos that i record on my blackberry phone

Maybe the media player that you're using doesn't have the required codec, you can try the VLC player ( http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html ), this one plays almost any media file, the best is that's free.

Can i play .wmv file

consult your phone manual, it was stated there what file you can play for your player, if your phone codecs support it, then you can play, if not, you need a converter to convert the file you wanted to play to its phone player format. if your phone player is window media 11, try it, it may play, as this player supports wma, wav, midi, and video, wmv (windows media video format). still, try to check your user manual..

Media player not playing any music files

Using the file manager of the phone open the folder where the music files are stored. if you see an icon of the files saying the name of the media player then you can play them. But is it shows a crossed out icon then that menas that the files may be in the format (.mp3 or whatever) supported by the phone but the bit rate may be different than what is supported. Hence you must select or downgrade the bitrate to an accepted one. Then only would you be able to use a sound file.

Problem Playing Windows Media Player Movie Clip on My E90

Suitable file format for your phone are 3gp, mp4, mpg, etc except wmv. WMV files cannot be opened by this model. If you really want to play it on you phone you must convert this file first. i suggest converting it into mp4 or 3gp. It the only way to play the video in your phone.
