Tip & How-To about Kitchen Ranges
When cleaning a griddle top, it makes the job so much easier if you turn your product on to "low heat" first, then apply your cleaner, and you'll end up doing a whole lot less scrubbing.... We sell commercial cleaners for food service equipment, but no matter what you end up using, pre-heating a girddle surface is key... Same thing with fryers....but you boil it instead of low heat. You fill the fryer up with water, heat to a boil, w/your cleaner in it, and boil for a little bit, before rinsing.... It all goes so much smoother when you pre-heat...Good luck
