There is your hardware problem i think its a blue screen error check it your hardisk is working and ram also check the connection of hardisk if its conected properly then go to the bios setup and check it the sata cable is enable or disable its enable then disable it or turn on your computer keep press f8 button and go to safe mode and check it the new software is install its working perfectly if not then unistall it or restore your computer last known configuration may be its help or re install or repair your windows
