Hi Lisa - It could be that if there is dirt and debris on the wheel axel or inside the connection it would prevent the wheel clicking in properly. Remove both back wheels and give a wash in warm soapy water then dry thoroughly before putting back into place. Does the same side wheel fall off even if you swap the back wheels over? If this is the case it would indicate a chassis problem rather than a wheel problem. If it is the same wheel that always falls off it would suggest a wheel problem. Hi

It could be dirt caught in the wheel. Remove the wheel unit and clean with furniture polish and a soft cloth before attaching into place again.

Wheels keep coming off

1 - Remove rear wheel
2 - Remove posi screw from bottom of rear wheel hub assembly
3 - Allow bottom block and spring to fall into palm of hand
4 - Push rear wheel lock bottom down through rear assembly to remove.
5 - Clean wheel lock button and locking plate to ensure free movement.
6 - Clean rear hub and locking button housing with dry cloth.
7 - Apply lubricant thinly in recess to allow free movement of button (dry Teflon spray is best - find it in the laundry aisle of larger supermarkets)
8 - Re-fitting is reverse procedure of removal instructions.

My Quinny Buzz has become so hard to navigate and push around that literally the only way I can steer it easily without breaking a sweat is by pushing it on it's rear wheels which is useless! Please help...

Hi, It sounds to me that you need a new front wheel, you can purchase these on ebay new & used for a reasonable price, usually from £10. upwards. Hope this helps? Regards Marie

How do i fold down my quinny buzz

Hi you need to apply the brake 1st. then stand at the front, there is 2 grey buttons either side of the seat on the 2 round bits. 1 you push down the other you slide forwards, keep hold of them & pull it downwards towards your feet. This will then fold down.

Unable to fold and front wheel keeps sticking

Hi Kelly,
Over the years we have seen customers having trouble folding the Buzz. Mostly it's a combination of factors that make a Buzz a bit stiff.
Most important is that the main silver central tube must be clean and preferrably lightly lubricated. (Put some WD40 on with a rag.)
The second point of attention is the grey release knobs: Remove (blow out) any sand or debris and spray in some WD40. Especially the knob on the left that is slide-push needs this attention. (Left-right viewed in the driving direction.)

These grey knobs have to be pushed firmly to properly fold the chassis. (The left one is first-slide-then-push.) When it folds and gives a loud 'clack' you didn't push them in far enough. We know from experience that this sometimes remains difficult for some customers.
Later revisions of the Buzz have slightly larger buttons that are somewhat easier to operate.

Your front wheel probably needs some care. At the side of the black plastic front 'fork' that holds the wheel you will find a small hole. Rotate the front wheel until you see a small button come by. Push it with a pointed object. (A small screwdriver will do)
You can now remove the front wheel from the black front fork. Clean the internals and lubricate, preferrably with a teflon loaded grease or teflon spray. (Spray is less durable than grease)
This will take care of your steering problems.

Alternatively you can have a look at the Quinny Buzz All Terrain wheels. It's a sturdy drop-in replacement for the original wheel:

One of the front wheels has come off my quinny buzz.

You may need a new one or at the very least perhaps a pin that holds the old one in. I recommend that you call the US distributors directly...

Front wheel wont roll on smooth floor !!

Hi

I have had this problem as well but what you need to do is take the front wheel off by pushing in the 2 black buttons. Then when you do this there is a hole near the bottom, what you need to do is turn the wheel until you can see the pin inside then use something thin to puch it in this will release the wheel. You need to clean the inside of this and then spray with silicon spray NOT WD40 as that will make it worse.
In the instructions it does tell you to make sure you keep them oiled but it does not tell you how to do it.
Once you have done this it will work like new again. I took mine on the beach and had to clean the sand out and i also think that from where we have had all this snow the grit has not helped either.
I hope this works for you as it has for me, i love my Quinny and would not change it for the world but i was starting to hate it before i done this
