Fellows shredder powershred plastic pieces between blades.

Shredders get incredibly dirty with paper dust. There is also a lubricant that you are supposed to put on the blades. There is a basic guide here:

No spare parts are available, you need a new shredder.

Its just seated together with the gear/blades housing ,

make sure you didnt miss one screw, then pry and pull upward its just stuck as the gear housing and blades are pressed in and seat firmly making it seem like its stuck , over time all that paper goo is also binding it up .

Most likely the PC board has gone bad. It will cost over 100.00 from fellowes.

usually these plastic pieces break from the machine jamming you really should call Fellowes customer service at 1-800-945-4545 and speak with them. They may be able to resolve your problem with a little more information on your unit.
