Benimur:
Came across this in the posted problems - obviously this user is looking for help from you. I know this person didn't give much detail, but perhaps they will share it with you, or maybe you are already working with them. They apparently don't know how to get to the "Ask Me" feature... Thank you.

- Thank you, Benimur. I have to tell you that I appreciate your kind words in this matter, and the professionalism you consistently display in both the forum and the lounge. You may recall my participation in addressing and, to the extent possible, rectifying the situation involving the extreme vulgarity of a former expert, in what could only be termed a rampage at the end of June. That particular matter represented an emergency situation, in my opinion, due to the potential for catastrohic damage to FixYa and all of us as true experts. I felt strongly that immediate action was required to diffuse the explosive nature of the situation, and particularly to focus on the users who had obviously been impacted in a dramatically negative fashion.
At that time, I posted several items in the lounge, in an attempt to help (and obtain assistance) in addressing that horrid situation. The actions of that expert would not have been known to me had they not been discussed in the lounge, as the items pointed out were premium responses, with which I was not involved. To make a very long story short, I feel strongly that our focus should be squarely on each user who has requested our assistance.
Experts in the lounge at the time primarily focused on inappropriate premium responses, and on taking action to prevent his further response to premium questions. I felt that it was equally important to stop his posting of this type of material in any case, premium or not. In fact, as you know, the free postings, which are visible to anyone on the site, could have had an even greater impact than the premium postings, which have a fairly limited audience. Then, to an even greater extent, I felt that the users who had been subjected to that mistreatment needed and deserved as much assistance as possible; and although I obviously could not "erase" the language they had already seen, I did my best to post sincere apologies for that behavior, and to provide the types of responses and assistance they should have received.
I visit the lounge for informational purposes on occasion, and I address primarily the free questions in the forum. Therefore, I am not as visible as many of the others. There are a number of experts who appear to routinely demonstrate professionalism in their conduct. However, I have to tell you that I also see your continuous emphasis on the customer, and that, I believe, is one of the strongest identifying attributes of a true expert. Thank you again!
