I have a nexxtech 2.4G wireless keyboard that has stopped working. Put in new batteries, rebooted computer. Still not working

Try reinstalling the driver for the receiver portion of the adapter. If your other usb devices work normally it is possible that the electronics of your wireless keyboard are fubar.

My mouse works but my keyboard does not. I have installed new batteries and still no response from my wireless keyboard. Any suggestions?

Have you synchronised the keyboard with the wireless receiver unit after changing the batteries? It's normally a case of pressing the connect button down on the receiver and then holding down the connect button on the back of the keyboard until the receiver picks up the signal.

Some of my keys on my apple wireless keyboard are not working

Possible that the Sub processor controller IC of the keyboard is faulty. Normally if some of the input logic gates do not work this can happen. you must check the cost of the new IC to the cost of a new keyboard.
Extimate and decide. make sure in the first place that the battery is good.

"Normal" batteries are 1.5 Volts per "Cell" However Ni-Cads, rechargeables, each "Cell" is only 1.2 Volts. So the rechargeables simply may not work... If they do work, then there is NO reason why not.

My wireless keyboard suddenly is not working, almost all keys. Battery is good and some keys work, but it's not normal

Things to try:
  • unplug USB connector and plug in a different USB port if available
  • locate wireless reset button and press, type various keys over the next 10-20 seconds
  • clean keyboard thoroughly
  • reinstall keyboard drivers
  • last resort: check warranty and replace keyboard if still under warranty
I hope this helps.

Keyboard and mouse not working

Make sure you have fresh batteries...usually this is how to set up a wireless keyboard and mouse. Insert the reciever in the USB and hit the link button normally located as a recessed button on the bottom, a light will blink....On the keyboard press the button as before located as a recessed button on the bottom. Once linked the reciever light should stop blinking...do the same with the mouse.
