Product registration how do i register my mp3 player? also went on line for free downloads, was asked credit card info,gave it and then was told it was a scam. what am i supposed to do now?

Once you pay for the lifetime upgrade you should get a card in the mail, it looks like a credit card, but has your registration access code and account info. It comes with detailed instructions on how to register and download map updates. Be aware that the first time you use the account the download will take at least 1 hour withy a high speed connection. Subsequent downloads are a little faster.

On the page which opens, click on "Product registration" button under Consumer electronics section and follow the instructions on the next page to create your account and register the product.

Yes I have a RCA Opal M4204-A mp3 player. The player will not come on. I had this problem before where they gave me a website to upload something that fixed what ever the problem was and now it is doing it again. It will not charge it will not do anything. Can you help me please. Tanya

No way around that - you have to give out CC info, or you cannot enjoy the free trial. It's eMusic's policy.

The sticker on the back with the serial number may have been removed. Hopefully you still have the warranty/registration card or the box. If none of the above, you are out of luck.
