Waffle maker without knob

I bought a second hand waffle maker and didn't notice that didn't have the thermostat knob and now I can't find where to buy one. Thanks

    my waring pro waffle maker does not heat up at all. the red light comes on and thats all.

Don't like to disappoint you but if it was made in China, you will unlikely ever find a knob for it.  You didn't mention the brand but there are several appliance parts stores on line that are set up to let you search by brand and keyword.

Unfortunately you have ruined a perfectly good waffle maker...
The coating in there is a teflon coating that needs to be applied properly for it to work...if you try to use it in the condition it is in then the waffle will stick to the plate...

Best thing to do is to trash the old one and then buy a new one...

My Waring Mod# 150 Waffle maker went out in the middle of cooking a waffle and stopped cooking. The red light is on ,but the green light wont come on.


there is a thermostat in the waffle maker if its got over heated the thermosts will have cut out,, or burnt out?

How do i clean a phillips kb5500 waffle maker. can you submerse it at the plates don't seem to detach


no,,,,dont put it into any water,,,,heat up the waffle maker then wet a dish cloth and put it in the waffle maker for a fuw seconds,,the steem will clean the plates and you can then wip the plates off with a "hand full" of paper kitchen towel so you dont burn your hands,,, to keep it clean just after cooking put a drop of cooking oil in the waffle maker wip it round with kitchen paper

Controls not accurate on uno waffle iron


Thats why they give you the control knobs so you can set it for the best performance. A waffle will change heat requirements depending on ingredients in the waffles and the altitude you live in and the amount of humidity in the air.

Waffle maker won't heat


There is a thermal fuse inside the bottom half of the unit, enclosed in a white insulating sleeve. A replacement can be found on Amazon.com at the following URL:

Waffle iron gets to hot -waffles stick


before you make your 1st waffle, spray it really good on top and bottom plate with PAM spray, once at the beginning is all it should take- good luck!
