Question about HP Printers & Copiers
Please check the link bellow:
In addition: we will unplug the power cord directly from the All-In-One when there is still power in the unit and also from the wall outlet.
Open the cartridge access door and Remove all the ink cartridges in the All-I-One.
Now above where we have removed the ink cartridges we should see a carriage which moves from left to right on a steel bar (that moves) please move the carriage too and fro from left to right (You can Apply more pressure if it does not move don't worry it will not break)
And check if There is any paper stuck in the extreme left or right.
If you see paper there then remove it make sure it does not tear make sure you remove all the papers there. please check the link bellow to remove paper jam and move the carriage assembly:
Also as for the link mentioned bellow check if there are any papers jam at the back of the printer in the Duplexor as well, and place it back.
Then insert the ink cartridges back on by one and close the front access door.
Now connect the All-In-One power cord directly to a wall outlet without any surg protector and then connect the power cord back to the All-In-One and check.
Press the setup button and then press the down arrow key till you see tools> the select Pint test page> and press OK (to see if it prints a test page.
Let me know if any problem.
