Question about Samsung U900 Soul Cellular Phone
I've had my samsung soul for approx. 3 months but now all of a sudden the screen doesn't work and freezes alot when i slide it up. It works fine when it's closed and will still be working when i press the buttons when its slid up but i can't see anything, it's either blank or just frozen.
I've tried turning it off and taking the battery out but it doesn't work, someone please help because its really annoying when i have to guess what my text is writing
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Samsung u900 phone freeze
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but phone freeze is pretty much the end of the line. That is a security feature in the base firmware. If a security code is entered incorrectly too many times, the phone completely locks up. At that point, it is pretty much useless.
Samsung has implemented this so that you have to send it back to them.
Unless you know someone that can reflash the main firmware, its bricked.
Please be fair and at least rate as helpful, because there really is no "fix ya" solution available for phone freeze.

SOURCE: samsung u900 soul no net work ?
It might be locked to the network which you are using ...
you must unlock it.. to unlock you need to upgrade the firmware..
it really doesnt cost you much you can visit the technician...
If you were using the same phone previously with same network then once you need to try giving restore factory settings..
If you still persist any problem then the network antenna inside will be damaged... it will cost some little number of bucks ....

press the red button on the side to open camera mode> click the little menu button (this should be the right hand button when you use your phone normaly)> scroll across to the very last option (this should be settings)> click okay> scroll down till you find an option saying shutter> click okay> chose none and click okay to exit it.
if this doesn't work put your phone in silent/ meeting mode
