Question about Mitsubishi WD-62528 62 in. LCD Television

1 Answer

My TV will not display the entire picture for my CABLE device

My TV is displaying a picture too large so that I cannot see scores when watching sports. How do I reset this device to the correct picture size so it fits the screen? My other problem is that when I try to adust the device using the remote, nothing happens when I press device manager. Is there a way to adjust this setting for this device without using the remote?

The 55 " screen doesn't show the entire broadcast picture

Instead of trying to make the TV display the picture the right size I suggest you adjust it at the source. If it is a cable box or sat box there should be a display adjust capability to size the display to the native resolution of your TV.

The image display on my Westinghouse 42" LED TV does not fit the screen. It is zoomed in, so when watching sports, i cannot see the score and time ticker.

Using the remote go to the menu for the TV. Look for picture or aspect ratio. Make sure it is set to 16:9 and not zoom or auto. That should clear the problem up.

You need to go into the TV menu and change the settings for the display! Press the Menu button and adjust the Picture! It's probably set to automatic and not reading them correctly.

Aspect ratio problems on Samsung LN-S2651D Flat Panel TV

The aspect ratio (zoom) button on the cable remote had been changed. On Brighthouse the # button toggles through the zoom settings. It's not a tv issue, it's a cable fix.
