Question about Sony Ericsson Walkman W810i Cellular Phone
It seems like the keypad has moved perhaps because of a trauma to the phone.
I would suggest to send it to a lab if still under warranty.
If not, open the back lid, remove the battery. Then, unscrew both panels using a small screwdriver, and try to place the keypad in its right place.
Then, screw back on, put the battery in its place, and turn the phone on.
