Yes you can!!! just press power button and volume down key for 5-10 seconds depending upon the speed of your processor and you will pop up to recovery mod, there you can reset your phone but you will lose all of your data!!! hope this will work!!!

Hi - you don't say the make but the usual problem is that it is blocked with dried milk as maybe you didn't run it clear with steam when last you used it. Clean out the nozzle carefully wit a wire or similar & try again.

Usually when the mobile falls into the water you need to remove everything and immediately take it to a service center so that they will wipe it with some petrol. Now it doesnt work since you dropped it in water only. Check it again with a Nokia service provider.

1. Any time your phones gets wet or by accident the phone falls off in a pool of water the best remedy is to take the batteries off immediately, don't turn the power key on, and wait for 24 hours for the phone to dry out completely.

2.If that does not work then you might need to Change the keypad,go to the nokia service center and you would get it replaced.

clean your unit first using lacquer thinner,then blow it slightly by hot air...after doing that clean the pin out because if it water damage it must be corroded...what version of jaf you are using?if your version are not updated ,1202 is a sl3 (simlock 3) unit and not supported by lower version of jaf...much better if you use mx key dongle and ufs box as your interface (do not use jaf as your interface because it would be damage) or cyclone....and here is the procedure..
using easy cable ,connect the phone ,open mx key module ,select ufs interface ,dct4 then bus check...if the info of unit is showed ,put CNT ,MCU,PPM ..before flashing back up your phones rpl first ...then flash the phone...after flashing ,there is a possibility that the phones status is contact service ,dont worry just go to service ,imei and security then direct unlock...but be sure that your mx key is activated by dct4 plus unlocker...
in case the phone is not responding after cleaning ,reheat flash ic then repeat the procedure...i hope it will help you ,thanks for trusting fixya..

take it to a motorola care shop cos its like the water has afected the phones board but if it didn't fall into water it could be a virus which needs quarantine.search google for good antivirus that are compatible wit ya phone

may be the capcitor inside cell phone is gone it just visit to nearby technician & have check wit it ...

may be the damage has been occurred due to accidents like falling to ground or falling in to water...
if no such accidents have happened means surely the capacitor is gone... just visit technician once...
