As the message had said it is corrupted, and it is realy corrupted.
The database of your phone is damaged.....could be by a virus or other anomalies.
And you nothing to do with it by yoursef, it is really complicated if you do it by your own, specialy if you don't have the necessary tools for it, The better thing to do is to contact a specialist near you. Or you can contact one of the repairmans in this site, you knows........one of them is residing next to you. Tnx! A rate from you wi be much appreciated........

Format your memory card. IF you have some data in it then please attach the memory card to your computer and take backup. After formatting the memory card on your phone you may transfer the required data.

Hope, this helps.

It is necessary to format your phone, because system files regarding your phone boot sector seems got corrupted. There is not enough room in your RAM it leads to your phone at this status. Take important data backup, remove MMC and enter the press four keys i.e. 3.*,green send key and power on key together for sometime and hold it for sometime. Your phone screen will indicate "FORMATING". Your phone will get formatted, then switch off and on it again as usual . Remember to scan your MMC with a good anti virus before inserting it back in phone. During formating don't remove battery and do this process only with enough charged battery. You will be able to send your message then. Do vote this solution....
