Put your headset in pairing mode first. Press and hold the K1 button for some 8 seconds, until the indicator led is rapidly flashing alternately in red and blue. Then, make the bluetooth application, on the device you want to pair your headset with, search for new devices. Your headset should appear on its screen. Select it make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). The pairing process should be done just once. After any 2 devices are paired, they should connect to each other just by being next to each other (provided their bluetooth radios are turned on, of course). Othewise, a simple press on the button should do.

By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.

Hope you are able to sort your problems out.

Regards, Carlos

Trying to pair a h12 bluetooth to the 8330, asks for numeric pass key. i have tried 0000 and 1234 it says unable to pair

Is the blackberry in pairing mode? Is the earpiece in pairing mode? They both need to be set. Four zeros should be the passkey.

Help pairing my H12 bluetooth

I successfully paired my bluetooth by going into the connection phase, just using my common sense on what to do next once I turned the bluetooth on. Since it was not paired to anything, it automatically went into pairing mode. Thanks anyway!
