Dear Mr B Kams, The buyer and seller reach and agreement and after every step is established the seller contacts our department with all the details ( seller and buyer details, vehicle information, photos, specifications, documentation ). We verifiy everything and if all the information is correct the transaction is accepted and the buyer receives the necessary details on how to complete the payment. We will hold the payment until we receive the confirmation from the buyer that the vehicle and documents are like the seller advertised them. We will release the funds to the other party only after we receive the confirmation from the buyer that he is satisfied with the merchandise. The eBay fees will be paid by both parties, or only by one of them, you have to discuss with the seller. Thank you for using eBay! Thank you for contacting us regarding the offer you received from the
seller. I understand your suspicions with this transaction and I
appreciate your effort to report this matter.

I would like to inform you that eBay will never hold any fund for any
member. Our site acts only as a venue to allow members to offer, sell,
and buy just about anything, at any time, from anywhere, in a variety of
formats. eBay is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers
and sellers.

With this, the offer you received from the seller is clearly inviting
you to participate in an offsite transaction. We wanted you to be aware
of the potential fraud risk these solicitations pose and encourage you
to ignore the email you received from this seller.

Also, to accept a genuine offer you must log in to My eBay and complete
the purchase on the eBay website. If you can't find the offer in the
Buying section of My eBay, it's not valid.

How else can you protect yourself from email scams and fraud?

Always complete your purchases on the eBay website--it's the safest way
to trade with other eBay members. Make sure that your User ID is listed
as the winning bidder on the "Item ended" page before sending money for
a purchase. Please continue to report anyone who asks you to buy outside
eBay.

You can refer to our SafeHarbour pages for helpful information. Copy the
following link into a new browser window:

You can also look at our Q&A board and ask for some advice from our
other members. Copy the following link into a new browser window:

Again, I would like to thank you for taking the time to forward this
information to us. I really do rely on dedicated members such as
yourself to keep eBay the kind of place we all can be proud of.

Kind regards,

Veronica Greene

You should try, bidCal ... it is a new, free tool from Calgoo Software that allows eBay buyers to subscribe to a feed of eBay auction items, creating a personal watch list of items of interest right inside an electronic calendar. In other words, you can find, monitor, and bid on items from inside your Outlook, Google, or Apple calendars. More details are available online at http://www.calgoo.com/bidcal/ebay-calendar-auction-tool.do

Red Flags, Dude, all over the place. I wouldn't deal with this seller no matter what assurances they gave. Just find another car, there are thousands out there just like the one you want through reputable dealers. Let this go before you get taken to the bank. Don't ever give anybody your ebay information, never.

I want to cancel best offer to buy it now only but dont now an easy way

Hi
There is no easy way. Get the seller's permission for you to opt out of the sale first, then cancel the bid. Be aware that some seller's will give negative feedback for a sale not completed.

Need a ebay customer service phone number ASAP

I went to bid on an item I won and it said I am no longer a registered trader. I noticed my Visa had expired so I entered my new card and got a new password. How long do I have to wait to try paying again.

After 10 weeks I still have restricted access to my ebay account.

You can try this numberto get in touch with eBay. I got this from my friend. 1-866-322-9103. Once you are already speaking to an eBay representative, you can ask them to transfer you to Account Security team.

How do I start a store I signed up for a business but i still havent got a store so can you tell me where i sign up please

1. Go to the City hall and register "name of your store" (about $10)
 It called a DBA filling.

2. Take the receipt and take that to the Tax office and get
the business tax ID number.

3. After you received the receipt from the clerk take that to the bank
and open your bank account for the business.

4. If it is a corporation that would me more detail.

I AM HAVING TROUBLE GETTING PICTURES ON. THIS JUST HAPPENED.

I strongly suggest using auctiva.com- You can post as many pics as you like on ebay for the one listing price as well as use all their templates. They will start charging different rates in 9 days. I personally will be using the $9.95/month plan which is unlimited. They have helped me increase my sales simply because the ads look awesome! It takes a few times to get used to it but it's well worth it!
