Same problem with water leaking out from under the machine as well as at the door contact point once you open the front door of the machine.

I was hoping to fine a source for the Service manual for the Incanto classic machine to guide me as I dis-assemble it to repair the leak. Can anyone help with a source or provide step by step instruction on the repair please?

I have the same problem. To day I opened the Saeco and discovered that the unit attached to the knob at the right side of the machine must be replaced. Water came out in two places. I dont know where to buy this part. If any help, I did take some photos of the session.
