the drum or toner LED? if it's the drum, then just press the button until all the LED are ON then let go and this will reset the drum.. if it's toner, you need to take out the toner and on the left side of the toner, there is a level, unscrew the 3 screws and turn the level to the other side, re screw the whole cover and install back to the printer, this will reset your toner, make sure there is toner in the cart.
