Yes, unless you have some really weird brand, you can usually go to the manufacturer's website and download it from there. since this is posted as a generic problem for all Lexmark printers I assume you have a Lexmark. Go to www.lexmark.com
Near thetop right of the page is Drivers and Downloads, click on this and a menu will drop down, click on Driver Finder and then on the next page enter your model of printer.
