Low disk space on C: drive

I have a Sony VAIO PVC-RX753 and it keeps giving me a low space error but I only have one drive. The C: drive is full but the D: is not and I want to allocate more space to the C: drive partition.

Try getting rid of all temporary files and programs you don't need. From My PC right click on C drive then click on 'disk cleanup'.
