Repair for flashing timer light.

THANKS so much for your help. You said to get the V26 DM repair kit and provided the link. I found the following 3. Which one do I need and can an average handyman do this repair?

You need the V26 DM kit, they should have it listed as well. Yes if you proceed slow and mark the wires its a fairly easy repair. The hardest part is disassembly of the chassis block , but go slow and you should have no problem.

Thats one of the famous capacitor issue most likely. Thats the V26 Chassis DLP and usually that symptom is caused by failed DM and Power Board capacitors. There is a repair kit that will work in alot of cases with that symptom. you need the V26 DM kit which will usually cure that issue. Its chaep and contains the Replacement capacitors and step by step instructions. Heres a link to the correct kit.
