Question about Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000
After I installed the wireless mouse, my screensaver and my sleep mode stopped working. What can I do to get them back?
If you are using Vista Operating System this is a common problem.
!. Go to MY COMPUTER and RIGHT CLICK on it. 2. Then CLICK on PROPERTIES.
3. Next CLICK on DEVICE MANAGER.
4.Next CLICK on CONTINUE.
5. CLICK on the HID HUMAN INTERFACE DEVICE +.
6.Right CLICK on the HID NON-USER INPUT DATA FILTER.
7. Click on UPDATE DRIVER SOFTWARE.
8. When the screen comes up CLICK on SEARCH AUTOMATICALLY for UPDATED DRIVER SOFTWARE.
When finished the screen saver should work properly. Bud
