I am unable to format my laptop note . When ever I swicth it on it normally display boost from a drive wit a black bacground

First - re-seat the hard disk and reboot the computer. If the computer does not boot up then reboot and go into the BIOS configuration to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. If it doesn't detect the hard drive then it could be faulty.
Then the hard drive needs to be replaced in the computer/laptop, Windows installed and the computer or laptop's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioning computer/laptop again.

Laptop SATA drive not working

You cannot take a hard drive out of your faulty HP laptop and insert it into any laptop and expect it to run/boot up. When Windows is installed on a laptop, it is configured with device drivers for that particular laptop and it wont work in another laptop with different devices.
Replace the Dell's hard drive back into its laptop and the Dell should function normally.
To recover data off the SATA Hitachi hard drive, connect this hard drive into an USB hard drive adapter and then plug this adapter with the Hitachi hard drive into the USB port of your Dell. The Dell will detect the Hitachi as an external Mass storage device. You can then open the various folders and files to back up your data onto the Dell laptop or USB memory stick.
If you want to, you can use the Hitachi hard disk as an USB external hard drive by installing it into an USB SATA hard drive enclosure.

Toshiba Satellite A215-S5849 Laptop - at boot up I hit F2 and it hangs never making it to the BIOS also fails to read from USB FDD or CD-ROM drive at power up any help

take out the battery and ac adapter for 5 minutes, hold down the power button for 60 seconds, plug back in the ac adapter and turn on, try entering the bios.

if the problem remains and since you are unable to boot from any device, you would either have to send this laptop to a repairer, or remove the hard drive from the laptop, use a adapter to connect it to a desktop machine or to another laptop and begin the windows setup on another machine, or install windows on another machine (may cause a blue screen when switched to another machine)

or make the hard drive bootable, copy windows setup files into the drive and install from the drive.

Unable to boot from HDD1 position or recreate RAID1.

you need to go into your bios and tell it to boot from the other hard drive make sure you plugged in the right wire to power it it should be the same as one used for the hard drive that works and plug it in tightly.

Laptop won't read original hard drive.

This would tell me the original hard drive is bad if the computer won't recognize the hard drive. I read the other question you ask about this problem and it would seem if the BIOS won't find the hard drive that the hard drive is no longer functioning in a normal manner. I have never seen a hard drive that the BIOS won't recognize ever have anything done to it to make it suddenly work again.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
