Re: E Drive is not accessable
It means your computer doesn't recognize or can't access your e drive. Try using another media utility like windows media player and cd burner and see if it can access your drive. If that don't work you may have to uninstall and reinstall the e drive, not difficult to do at all. You don't physically take anything out of computer, its a way internally uninstalling the device and its related software and then let windows find and install on a reboot.

Do you mean that the security disk doesn't autorun or that you can't access it from the Computer (My Computer) windows Explorer?
If it is the former, Microsoft has disabled Autorun for anything that has .exe files by default. (It was done during a Windows update quite a while ago.) Media (movies and CDs) discs are generally allowed to AutoPlay since they rarely carry malicious software.
Double left-click on the Computer (My Computer) icon (or press Start > Computer). Then double-click on the optical drive icon. Once you open the optical drive folder, look for an Install program (.msi) or an executable program (.exe). Double-click to run the program.
To change the Autorun settings, click Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound. Then click on Autoplay and change the setting for Software and Games. If you do this, it may get reset later. (This is for Windows 7; it will be similar in other versions of Windows.)
If you can't access the cleaning CD from Windows Explorer, I'd suggest you try the disc on another computer and check it for damage (scratches or an incorrect .iso burn).
I hope this helps. Please add a comment with some additional details if you need more assistance.
Hi, Goto "my computer" -> right click on CD drive/DVD drive icon and select open. you will find all the contents present in the CD. Browse to appropriate folder where your program is located and run its setup.exe file to start installation. this is how you can do it manually. I hope this solves your problem.
Try to use another freeware burnprogram like burnatonce to create an other CD, just to check if the Combo-drive is writing properly.
If you don't get any error messages like the ones from Toshiba program, then the problem is the toshiba software.
If other burn programs find difficulties in accessing CDs or DVD-Rs then the drive itself giving you a hard time and might seek for replacement.
You may find the toshiba exchange parts too expensive and the internal drive is still reading disks properly, then think about an external dvd-rw drive, but make sure to buy a highspeed USB one (or even firewire, if the laptop has the port), else it will run rather slowly.
Put the disk in the disk drive, click on "My Computer" on your PC, look for the drive with the disk in it, double click it to open, then open the icons you see, one should lead too "running" the installation program for the disk.
there are alot of kind of cd brand, like, maxwell. princo, ech.... use the common cds or dvd brand. may this cause of cd only. not good quality..otherwise chech your cd room drive. maybe the lins can recognise try to change another cd or dvd room for testing only.. befor you buy or changing totally..

'HONESTLY.... NO WORRIES & NO PROBLEM'
You have a disk to download music.
Is this a floppy disk or is it a cd?
Some computers nowadays dont come with floppy drives due to They are a little out of date.
Most drivers/programs ect.. are now usually on cd or dvd because it is quicker/easier & well.... Quite cheap.
1 stly. If it is a floppy disk read what it says on the front & do a google search for the exact same software
google (blah blah blah software free download)
& download / run
(blah blah blah) being the software name
IF you have a cd & the cd is smaller than the usual size cd
These smaller disks are no different to an ordanary cd except they have less disk space on them & they are cheaper.
Put it in your disk drive (In the centre) Close the drive & double click (if it doesnt auto-run) on your cd drive & click on the program & it should load up all being Well.
You DO NOT have to install software for putting music onto these mp3 players.
If you have a music cd,you Could copy it onto the mp3 just buy popping the cd into the cd drive & copying the track to the mp3 player.
You Also DO NOT have to have software for downloading music onto your mp3 players.
Head over to the I.tunes website (for example) search & find the music you want & download to your mp3.
