well, obviously this is not a known issue with the device, but there are some ways to resolve it. you may want to make sure your charging device is functioning properly. all accessories have a one year warranty, so u can take it into a vzw direct location, with proof of purchase, and recieve a new one. otherwise, the issue may be software/charging port related. if it is software related, the store can flash the s/w at no charge, but it may delete ur memory so have ur pics and contacts backed up. if it is the charging port, that would be covered under ur phones manufacturers warranty, if u are within ur first year. beyond that, if you have insurance you can have it replaced.
