I MISPLACED MY KODAK CD HOW CAN I TRANSFER MY PIC TO COMPUTER

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

I don't have a cd slot how can i view my pictures without the cd

Did you mean card reader slot (built-in type at your PC's front)??

If yes,the solution is simple...find an external card reader that accepts card(s) used by your camera.80% of today's camera use SD Card or its variants. The SD card reader is a cheapo thing that could be bought from every computer store in the world.

Lost Cd

Actually, if you're using XP you should not need the disc at all to shoot & download images. If you're looking for software so you can crop & that sort of thing, I recommend googles Picasa program, its free. To download images without the disc simply connect the camera like you have in the past and XP will find the device & walk you thru downloading images, usually. If not, click on "my computer" and you should find your camera/device listed there. Personally, I use a card reader and take my memory card out and download the images using the reader.
