Question about HP PSC 1610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I replaced a b/w cartridge and the alignment phase took over an hour...so I tried printed one line of script and it took 30 minutes. I unplugged everything, re-replaced the cartridge, still not working. The printers screen messages are all mixed up.
My guess is that either the cartridge isn't compatible with the product or there's an issue with the electrical contact between the cartridge and the print carriage. I found a document at HP's web site that addresses both of these issues. After clicking on the following link, review Solutions 3 and 5 to see if either one helps. There's a link on that page after Solution 3 that lets you check the print cartridge compatiblity.
