Question about Toto Aquia II Dual Flush Toilet
The cistern to my toilet is behind a wall. and i cant fit a new seat
Do you mean a water seat? like where you would install a water line? or a a seat you actually sit on?

I'm having trouble visuallising your problem. For the average toilet there are only two sizes, round front and elongated. Compost and other special types are usually made to accept one or the other. If we're talking about a small marine tupe or such it would still install very much the same way. If you could upload some clear pictures of your problem it would help a great deal. In any case you will need access to the bolt holes (top & bottom).
