Check for any loose electrical connections between control panel and motor especially any plug together connections. Moving may he have loosened or unplugged one of these connections. Hope this helps.
lift the sides of the w/belt the hieght should be 2-3 inches. if more to loose, tighten it up. still have a issue take hood off and check the motor belt. if you find a bunch of black dust. your belt is worn or on its way out.PS you can find the belt on the web.
Find the allen key that came with the machine. If you don't have it, you will need a 3/16" allen key to adjust the roller. If the belt is pulling to the right, adjust the right screw by turning it clockwise 1/4 turn with the belt moving. You may need to do this more than once. Between adjustments, watch the belt closely to see how much it moves to the left. Unless something dramatic has happened to the frame or some other part, the amount of adjustment should not be too great..
I believe under the motor shroud on the circuit board their should be 2 pots 1 adjusts torque 2. adjusts speed try adjusting them and see if that take care of the problem if not. worse case it might be the drive motor.
just got one myself not sure if you have yours question answered already but i will tell you anyway.. on the left hand side of your base read out there is a slide up panel and it takes 3 aa batteries to work the digital readout..
When turned on it acts like the walking surface is grabbing.Itgoes and stops its not as bad when speed is increased, but it still feels like it is grabbing.
