1. check if it works when you click on another clickable area on your web browser
2. test with other mouse, it it works it's a faulty mouse. change mouse
3. test with other browser. if it works it's a corrupted browser installation, reinstall/switch web browser
4. if you suspect you have a virus, scan your computer for virus and spyware (suggestions: AV software: avg 7.5, malware in general: spybot search and destroy, a-squared, adawareSE) and retest.
