Children sprayed water on 46" lcd TV, and it looks

Oh dear! I would check your household insurance if it was an accident, just in case a replacement is required.
Most items that get wet rarely recover without problems.
The water should not be able to get into the screen as it is a sealed. If the water has not entered the TV, you may get away with wiping the screen with an almost dry cloth that has dilute detergent on it, (washing up liquid and warm water is fine). That will remove the streaks.
Good luck!

Usually there are screws that hold the front part of the screen on. They are usually right on the edges in the back of the set. be carefull when you take the screen off. If by chance you may need to clean the mirrors inside the set. They are usually serface faced mirrors. meaning the mirror material is on the glass and can easily scratch or rub off easily.

Need a new/used tv.

I would buy a good used CRT (picture tube) projection 40" or bigger 1st choice Hitachi 2nd Panasonic and 3rd RCA. Get a newer version that has Component video inputs (R,G and B).
Stay away from LCD or DLP Projection - theyare driven by a lamp and are usually expensive to repair.

If you want something newer go with an LCD flat panel direct view. Samsungs are fairly good - the most value.
That's my 2c worth - I've been fixing TV for over 25 years.

Spiderweb obstructing the projector on rear projection tv

The back of the TV has a little plastic "pop away" peice, about 2 in by 3.5 in. It is just below the center in the middle. With a long cleaning tool, you can clean the lenses and the back of the screen, but do be carefull about scratching any surfaces! :)

Appears that lint is on one of the lenses

this could be a contaminant inside one of the lenses, or possibly spider webs inside the tv.. This is a very common problem. Remove the back of the tv, you will be able to look around the back of the screen with a flashlight and see if there are any spiderwebs. at this time you should also clean your lenses and mirror with some glass cleaner . this will improve your picture as well.

Spiderwebs under Screen, how do i clean it ?

Yes, I have seen this many times. Usually the best way is to remove the upper back cover and clean out the spider webs with a soft, dry cloth, but be careful because the mirror is mounted to the inside of the cover.
