Hi,

It could be a problem with your antenna.
Or maybe your transmitter is build in a aluminium flightcase which is holding off your RF signal.

I have only used my Shure psm 200 one time and I had trouble with highs. When I would belt out a high note the sound would distort or go away completely. I hope you can help, I'm really hoping to love the...

Brief research didn't turn up "protection" circuitry that could possibly cause your audio "go away completely" but I will assume that the distortion issue is just because the system is set up incorrectly. In-ear systems can be tricky to adjust as too much volume can distort the tiny "ear-bud" type earphones, and damage your hearing. Check online for your model as I found a manual that specifically addresses safe volume levels at the beginning of the owners manual, followed by operational settings, etc.

I have low RF signal from my sennheiser ew 300 g3 during church service when the pastor speaks

Have you run an RF scan in the building you're using the in-ear monitors to see what the spectrum looks like? Shure has a nice tool on their website to do that. Once you identify the available frequencies, try changing the transmitter & receiver to one of these new frequencies and I'm sure you're problem will be solved. That IF indeed this is an RF problem.

Hearing reverb on my shure psm200 in ear monitor

It is not possible for the PSM200 to create reverb. Thus, it must be something in the mixer or other effects unit that you have.

Have a Shure PGX Wireless system using over-the -ears and belt packs. Could cell phones be causing our dropout problems at our Sunday morning worship services?

Unlikely, Always make sure both aerials are pointing straight upwards and mount unit as high up as possible, these have switchable frequencies too, try another channel.

Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to troubleshoot this over email. I suggest calling Shure at 800-516-2525. They can help you trouble shoot the problem. Make certain you have the wireless system with you when you call them.
