Question about MP3 & Digital Media Players
When i try to play music it just turns off ran good for a month. I could load the other functions on the radio etc.
I already answered you on the other post ..but I will post it again just in case you miss the other..
First make sure the player is recognized in windows ..and you have access on its folder in my computer ...This way you will be able to copy files in the music folder inside directly ..without using any manager or so ..If the manager is the one that causing the errors..or loading the files in another folder and can not be seen by the player..this will be the solution ..
Second..in case this way do not work ...try to download the software from the support site and reinstall it clean ..(remove the one you have first by using the add /remove programs in control panel )
After installing the manager with success..try to upload files..by choosing the correct path for them ..and check them after that in the player ..if it works ..thsi will be it ..
Another condition that appears sometime on these players is the windows can not recognize them anymore..just see them as a device ..place a icon on my computer ..but its memory is corrupted and can not be accessed...In this case you are prompted with a message that the device is not ready ..or is corrupted or the files can not be opened...and usually it means it its firmware is damaged and need to be reinstalled...Like I mentioned in the other solution ...look on the internet for its firmware ..and run it ..after you previously delete all files on the device ..Or ..another way to make it recover is to engage the reset button if it has one ..This should be located on a hole and need to be pressed for 10 seconds or so with a sharp object ..The device need to be powered and on ..and the action made until it restarts ..
If nothing works..and you do not have a reset button ..you can reset it to the factory settings ..by removing its battery for a few seconds..(about 30 ) ..but keeping it connected to the computer on this time ....It may not have a removable battery ..and for this may be necessary to open it ..and remove the connection wire..This should rest it to the factory settings and make it functional unless its firmware is corrupted beyond recovery ..or it is damaged physically ..
